Near real-time data consistency across platforms

Key Outcomes
Operational data was updated in several regional and central platforms, including clients that could continue working while temporarily offline. When connections returned, delayed changes could arrive out of order or conflict with newer records, producing inconsistent views between channels. Region-specific mappings and business rules had also begun to leak into shared integrations, making synchronization harder to maintain with every market rollout.
DIATOZ designed a cloud-agnostic MuleSoft synchronization framework that represents changes as events and processes them through a consistent bi-directional flow. Source adapters map platform-specific records into a canonical event contract containing identity, version, source, and change metadata. The process layer applies routing and configurable regional rules, detects competing updates, and uses defined conflict-resolution policies rather than silently overwriting records. Failed events remain traceable for retry or review, and centralized monitoring shows lag and error state across each synchronization path.
DIATOZ combined API-led integration, distributed-data semantics, and operational recovery patterns to make synchronization dependable even when connectivity, ordering, and regional rules vary.
