    Client

    Global Consumer Goods Enterprise

    Region

    AME, APMEA, US

    Key Outcomes

Multi-region global rolloutReal-time bi-directional data syncScalable, reusable integration architecture

    Business Challenge

A global consumer-goods enterprise operating across AME, APMEA, and the United States needed Salesforce Service and Marketing Cloud, Magento, Shopify, Sitecore, and third-party logistics providers to work as one commerce ecosystem. Each region had different channel combinations and configuration, but copying integrations per market would multiply maintenance and make global changes difficult. Orders, customer updates, fulfillment status, and engagement data also moved at different speeds and needed consistent failure handling.

    Solution Overview

DIATOZ designed a MuleSoft API-led integration platform with reusable system APIs around Salesforce, commerce channels, and logistics providers; process APIs for shared customer, order, and fulfillment logic; and consumer-facing experience APIs where channel-specific contracts were required. Pub/sub messaging handles events that need reliable fan-out or asynchronous processing, while synchronous APIs remain available for request/reply journeys. Regional differences are represented through configuration and bounded extensions so markets can adapt behavior without forking the global integration core.

    Architecture & Engineering

System APIs shielding Salesforce, Magento, Shopify, Sitecore, and logistics-provider contracts
Process APIs implementing reusable customer, order, fulfillment, and engagement workflows
Experience APIs shaping data for channel and regional consumers
Publish/subscribe messaging for decoupled event distribution and asynchronous processing
Configuration-driven regional behavior for endpoints, mappings, routing, and supported capabilities
Centralized error handling, correlation, retry, and operational monitoring across Mule applications

    Business Impact

Reusable API layers reduced duplicate integration logic across AME, APMEA, and US rollouts
Customer, commerce, and fulfillment data move between platforms with near real-time visibility
Regional teams can configure supported variations without maintaining separate integration estates
Decoupled messaging limits the effect of a slow channel or logistics provider on upstream systems
New commerce or logistics platforms can be added behind a system API without rewriting shared process logic

    Why DIATOZ

DIATOZ combined MuleSoft API-led delivery, global commerce integration, and configuration-led regionalization to build one governed integration backbone that could still accommodate local market realities.
