Multi-storefront two-way sync with Salesforce as the source of truth

Client
Enterprise Multi-Channel Retailer
Region

Key Outcomes
The client sold across several storefronts, including Magento, Shopify, and other ecommerce channels, and wanted Salesforce to become the single source of truth behind all of them. Orders and customers needed to flow into Salesforce from every channel, while product, pricing, inventory, and order-status changes needed to flow back out so storefronts stayed accurate. Third parties such as Yotpo also needed review and loyalty data. The complexity came from inconsistent storefront APIs, mixed synchronous and broadcast-style flows, and the need to secure customer and order data end to end.
DIATOZ built the integration on three-layer API-led connectivity, then added pub/sub where fan-out was a better fit than request/reply. System APIs wrap each storefront, Salesforce, and third-party services so consumers never connect directly to raw backends. Process APIs handle cross-channel order, customer, catalog, inventory, and status logic. Experience APIs expose the right shape for each consumer. Orders and customers flow into Salesforce through the API layers, while Salesforce publishes catalog, price, inventory, and order-status events to Anypoint MQ for each channel consumer to pick up independently. API Manager secures every API with client identity, OAuth, rate limiting, allowlisting, and threat protection.
DIATOZ combined MuleSoft API-led design, event-driven integration, Salesforce governance, and ecommerce channel experience to create a reusable integration backbone for multi-storefront growth.
