Faster partner onboarding with improved collaboration

Key Outcomes
Partner identity, organization details, onboarding status, and operational attributes were maintained in several enterprise systems with no dependable synchronization path. The same partner could appear under different identifiers, updates were re-entered manually, and downstream teams could not tell which source held the current value. This slowed onboarding and made collaboration difficult even when the user-facing portal was functioning correctly.
DIATOZ built a partner-data integration hub that receives changes from approved source systems, resolves them against a canonical partner identity, validates required attributes, and distributes normalized updates to subscribing platforms. Secure partner APIs support controlled create and update operations, while event-driven flows keep downstream systems informed without tight point-to-point coupling. Workflow state coordinates onboarding dependencies and exposes records requiring review. This study focuses on the synchronization backbone; the Partner Portal study focuses on the external and internal user experience built on top of partner data.
DIATOZ combined master-data thinking, enterprise integration, workflow automation, and operational monitoring to make partner information trustworthy across the ecosystem.
