AI-assisted job posting across job seeker, recruiter, and training-provider portals

Key Outcomes
Wadhwani Foundation needed to connect skilling to sustainable employment across multiple countries and languages. That meant serving first-time job seekers with simple role discovery, giving employers a trusted way to manage company presence and openings, and helping stretched recruiting teams move quickly from vacancy to published job listing. Without a unified platform, these workflows stayed fragmented and slowed placement outcomes.
DIATOZ built an interconnected three-module ecosystem comprising a public Job Portal, a Recruiter Portal, and a Training Provider portal. Job seekers can search, filter, and apply for relevant roles, employers can manage accounts and postings through structured workflows, and recruiters can use an AI-powered job description generator to turn rough inputs into ready-to-publish listings. Unified backend services manage candidate profiles, company accounts, job postings, notifications, analytics, and engagement across the marketplace.
DIATOZ combined product engineering and applied AI to build a job and skilling ecosystem that is simple enough for first-time job seekers, efficient enough for recruiters managing many openings, and scalable enough for a mission-driven organization working across countries.
