Verified worker identities, consent-driven sharing, and map-based talent discovery

Key Outcomes
IFQM needed a digital ecosystem for India's blue-collar and vocational workforce, where workers could build trusted professional identities, manage skills and certifications, enroll in training, and be discovered by employers. The challenge was fragmentation: skills, certificates, employment history, employer onboarding, candidate discovery, training records, and workforce analytics were spread across manual or disconnected processes.
DIATOZ designed and developed SkillWorks, later rebranded as SkiSwapr, as a secure multi-role workforce platform for workers, employers, training centers, and administrators. Workers can create digital profiles, manage skills, certifications, employment history, course enrollment, learning progress, and consent for profile sharing. Employers can onboard, search talent, view candidate profiles, and use skill, certification, location, and map-based discovery. Training centers can manage courses, batches, schedules, enrollments, certifications, and learner progress, while admins govern users, organizations, skills, certifications, analytics, audit trails, and platform configuration.
DIATOZ brought deep experience in scalable, multi-role digital ecosystems for skill development and workforce initiatives, translating a complex public-impact vision into a practical platform from learning to employment.
