Key Outcomes
A global Electronic Shelf Label leader needed to rebuild its RMA operations portal for high-volume device returns across multiple centres. The legacy system could not keep pace with concurrent operators scanning thousands of tags per ticket, causing slow inspections, occasional mid-process data loss, unreliable records, and reporting delays.
DIATOZ built a modern RMA portal with secure SSO through Keycloak, a fast React TypeScript inspection interface, a Spring Boot service for ticket lifecycle and scan validation, PostgreSQL for transactional records, and Elasticsearch for rapid reporting across large inspection datasets. The workflow supports RMA and AAL ticket types, inbound and final scan stages, warranty checks, SLA tracking, duplicate scan warnings, approval flows, dispatch reporting, and pause-and-resume scanning for very large tickets.
DIATOZ brought together enterprise workflow design, high-concurrency backend engineering, and operator-focused UX to turn a fragile returns workflow into a reliable global operations platform.
