Key Outcomes
Loan processing depended on staff moving application data between CRM and core-banking systems, checking eligibility, and following up on incomplete or failed steps. Manual handoffs increased turnaround time, created opportunities for rekeying errors, and made it difficult to see where an application was waiting. Because the workflow handled sensitive financial data and invoked core-banking operations, automation needed controlled access, traceable transactions, and reliable recovery rather than a simple point-to-point connection.
DIATOZ implemented an end-to-end MuleSoft orchestration layer connecting Salesforce Service Cloud with Episys through secure SymXchange services. Mule flows validate incoming application data, coordinate eligibility and customer checks, invoke the appropriate core-banking operations, and return status to the CRM. Reusable APIs separate Salesforce, decision logic, and Episys contracts, while correlation identifiers, structured errors, and retry handling preserve visibility across the full journey. This study focuses on cross-system workflow automation; the Intelligent Loan Processing study focuses on AI-assisted risk decisioning.
DIATOZ combined MuleSoft orchestration, Salesforce delivery, core-banking integration, and operational controls to automate the loan journey without hiding failures or weakening traceability.
