360° customer view · 60% fewer reconciliations

Client
Financial Institutions Consortium
Region

Key Outcomes
A consortium of financial institutions operated multiple legacy banking platforms whose customer and account information reached CRM users through delayed batch feeds. The lag created incomplete customer views and forced teams to reconcile records manually. A shared integration layer had to accommodate different core contracts, protect regulated data, preserve institutional boundaries, and deliver fresher information without requiring wholesale replacement of stable banking systems.
DIATOZ implemented a MuleSoft API-led layer between the participating cores and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud. System APIs encapsulate institution-specific interfaces and map records into governed canonical customer and account models. Process APIs coordinate identity, account, and relationship updates, while event-driven synchronization publishes relevant changes as they occur instead of waiting for the next batch. OAuth 2.0 and gateway policies protect API access, and centralized monitoring records correlation and failure state across each update path.
DIATOZ combined banking-domain integration, MuleSoft delivery, event streaming, Salesforce FSC, and API security to modernize access to core data without forcing risky core replacement.
