Key Outcomes
A global ecommerce enabler had to connect sellers with multiple marketplaces and logistics providers, each with its own API, payload, authentication method, status model, and release cadence. Point-to-point integrations made every partner change expensive and increased the risk that an outage or malformed response would interrupt order processing. The shared backend also had to sustain peak transaction rates, preserve fulfillment accuracy, and pass security validation without slowing the onboarding of new channels.
DIATOZ designed a Super Adapter architecture that gives the core order platform one normalized contract while isolating marketplace and logistics differences behind plug-in adapters. Orders enter a common orchestration flow for validation, routing, status management, and exception handling; partner-specific adapters translate that canonical model at the boundary. Stateless Spring Boot services run on AWS ECS, asynchronous messaging absorbs spikes and decouples long-running partner calls, and operational telemetry tracks throughput and failures. Security checks are integrated into delivery pipelines so adapter changes can be released without weakening the platform's control baseline.
DIATOZ combined high-scale transaction engineering, integration architecture, AWS operations, and security automation to make partner expansion a repeatable platform capability.
