Training Providers' Portal

A network of training providers needed to manage courses, batches, instructors, learners, attendance, progress, and certificates without exposing one organization's data to another. Spreadsheet-led operations made reporting slow and created inconsistent records, while central program administrators lacked a reliable network-wide view. The platform had to support local provider autonomy and shared governance at the same time.

DIATOZ built a multi-tenant training-provider portal with organization-scoped administration and central oversight. Providers configure courses and batches, enroll learners, track delivery and progress, and issue certification records through structured workflows. Role-based access separates provider administrators, trainers, learners, and central program teams. Shared reporting aggregates approved indicators across providers while retaining organization boundaries, and standardized onboarding lets new providers enter the network without a custom implementation.
