A new independent beauty brand needed to launch its debut body-care collection without feeling like another templated storefront. With no long market history yet, the website had to put the founder's voice at the centre, turn products into a sensorial ritual experience, explain ingredients and cruelty-free practices, and give early customers a direct human way to ask questions.
DIATOZ designed and built a custom Shopify storefront around the founder's first-person narrative and ritual-led product experience. The platform combines editorial product storytelling, collection and category management, account and order flows, search and filtering, wishlist and cart experiences, reviews, WhatsApp and social touchpoints, email marketing automation, abandoned-cart recovery, analytics, SEO, performance optimization, and cart upsell features.
DIATOZ combined commerce engineering with narrative design so the storefront could sell not only products, but the trust and intimacy a debut founder-led brand needs.
